Haverford Township is looking for volunteers to fill vacancies on citizens advisory boards.
The Friends of the Grange and the Human Relations Commission each have one open position, according to officials.
The Friends of the Grange helps ensure the preservation of the township-owned historical site, known as "the Grange," as well as promoting cultural events at the site for the benefit of Haverford residents and visitors.
The Grange Estate is a historic mansion built in 1750 and expanded several times through the mid-1800s. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 as The Grange.
The Human Relations Committee advises the Township government to insure that it is in compliance with all anti-discrimination and pro-inclusion legislation and regulations.
