The Delaware County Police Chiefs Association held its 95th annual Banquet and Installation of Officers function for 2025 at the Springfield Country Club on Friday, Jan. 10.

Radnor Township Police Superintendent Christopher Flanagan was elected as president of the association.

The members of the Delaware County law enforcement community joined to celebrate. The 95th Annual Banquet, held at the Springfield Country Club, also saw the recognition of new Board Officers from area agencies who will work to promote and support law enforcement officers in Delaware County. Superintendent Flanagan said during his remarks he will focus on Officer Wellness programs county-wide, an initiative established in Radnor last year.

Among family and friends, members of Delaware County Council, the District Attorney’s Office, Radnor Township Board of Commissioners and Township Police Officers were in attendance to celebrate this accomplishment.
