Authorities say suspect tried to use fake ID to withdraw from victim account
Upper Darby police are asking for the public’s assistance to identify a woman they allege attempting to commit bank fraud late last month.
On Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, an unidentified woman attempted to commit fraud at the Sun East Federal Credit Union, located at 1560 Garrett Road. The suspect presented a fraudulent ID in an attempt to withdraw funds from a victim's account.
