Up to six inches of snow accumulation possible
Due to a forecast for severe winter weather, Upper Darby, Springfield, Haverford and Marple Newtown school districts will all be closed Monday, Jan. 6.
The National Weather Service issued an updated winter storm warning on Sunday valid from Monday 1 a.m. until Tuesday 1 a.m. for Delaware County.
Snow is predicted to start overnight and continue through Monday afternoon, with accumulations of 3 to six inches possible.
