A Glenolden woman faces fraud charges after state investigators say she collected state medical and nutritional assistance while failing to disclose income.

Dolly Deborah House, 45, faces one felony count of fraudulently obtaining assistance.

According to a criminal complaint filed by Selma N. Jones of the Pennsylvania Office of the State Inspector General, House earned $18,139.98 from employment during the period from May 1, 2024 through Sept. 30, 2024, which she failed to disclose to her caseworker.

That income made her ineligible for the $3,725 in Supplemental Nutritional Assistance and $1,665.71 in Medical Assistance she received during the same period.

She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 15.
