One child required emergency brain surgery and another a feeding tube due to injuries, say police
One daycare worker has been accused of abusing two infants in her care at a Montgomery County daycare facility, police said. One infant was left with spinal damage and required emergency brain surgery for injuries, according to authorities.
Catalina Baldwin, 37, of Phoenixville, has been charged after allegedly abusing two infants at the Oaks Early Learning Center. According to police, Baldwin, who lives in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, was arraigned Wednesday on felony charges of aggravated assault and related offenses following an investigation between the Upper Providence Township Police and Montgomery County Detectives.
