Annual tradition creates bond across generations
Each year Garrettford Elementary School invites veterans from the Marine Corp League in Secane to assist first-graders with planting flags in front of the school in honor of Veterans Day. This year’s event took take place Monday, Nov. 11th between 9:30 and 11 a.m.
