Stage show to include music from original 1939 movie
The Media Theatre Youth Ensemble presents “The Wizard of Oz” this month.
The classic story comes to the stage this holiday season. Follow Dorothy and Toto as they are transported to the magical Land of Oz and travel down the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City to meet the Wizard of Oz - and learn all of the wonderful lessons along the way.
Follow the yellow brick road in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s beloved tale, featuring the iconic musical score from the MGM film. The timeless tale, in which young Dorothy Gale travels from Kansas over the rainbow to the magical Land of Oz, continues to thrill audiences worldwide.
Shows are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, Sunday, Dec. 22, Saturday. Dec. 28 and Sunday, Dec. 29.
