Clinton Martin, 29, of Lansdowne, and Joshua Waltz, 33, of Odessa, Del., were killed at about 10 p.m. Sept. 13 in an incident on I95 North just prior to the exit to McDade Boulevard
Martin was found suffering from a gunshot wound in his car and was pronounced dead at the scene. Waltz was found dead under the car.
Police say Martin was shot in the neck sometime before 10 that night, driving on the I-95 ramp to 476 North, just before Exit 1 to MacDade Boulevard, then he crashed into a concrete barrier and guardrail, hitting Walz.
